Typing kills adoption
A doctor seeing fifty patients will not fill forty text boxes. So findings, drugs, doses and advice are one tap each. Typing stays available for anything unusual.
Most hospital software asks the doctor to change their way of working. MyHospro starts from your consultation — your case sheet, your prescription, your follow-up — and adds operations around it only when you are ready.
No charge to see it. A demo takes about 20 minutes.

Set the next date while prescribing and the patient lands on a daily due list. The reminder goes out on WhatsApp by itself — from your clinic's own number, not a stranger's.
Start with clinical records only. Add billing, a pharmacy or beds later by switching the module on — same login, same patient history, no migration and no second system.
Tap the complaint, tap the findings, prescribe, set the follow-up. A routine visit takes under a minute — whatever the speciality.
Also set up for paediatrics, gynaecology, ENT, dermatology, dental and more.
Sample case sheets. Yours is configured for your department during setup.
A single-doctor clinic and a multi-department hospital run the same system — just with different switches on. Nothing to migrate when you grow.
Unique ID, one search box across name, mobile and ID, and every past visit on one timeline.
The clinical form matches your speciality — not a generic template bent to fit.
A clean A5 slip on your letterhead with registration number, advice and next visit date.
A follow-up that repeats or tweaks the previous remedy is one click, not retyping.
Confirmations and follow-up reminders go out automatically from the clinic's own number.
Reception registers patients and books appointments without opening clinical notes.
Every view, edit and print of a patient record is logged with who and when.
Run several branches under one login, with reports split by location.
About 20 minutes, online or at your clinic. You describe your workflow; we show the screens.
We configure doctors, locations, letterhead and case sheet, and check what old data can come across.
A session each for doctors and front desk, in the clinic, on your own machines.
Reachable on call and WhatsApp. Changes you need in the first months are part of the plan.
One subscription covers software, hosting and support. No large upfront licence, and no charge for the demo.
Single doctor or a small practice.
Busy practices and nursing homes.
Multi-department hospitals.
Pricing depends on the modules you switch on and how many doctors use it. We quote after the demo, once we know what you actually need.
MyHospro is cloud-based hospital management software and EMR for clinics, nursing homes and hospitals — designed to simplify workflows, so doctors can focus on what matters most: their patients.
No. Most clinics start with EMR alone. Every other module is a switch we turn on when you need it — same login, same patient records, no migration and no second system to learn.
Usually yes, if your current provider gives you an export. We look at the export first and tell you honestly what can be imported and what cannot, before you commit to anything.
The data is yours, not ours. It is stated in the agreement, and if you ever leave you get a full export of everything. Access is role-based, so reception can register patients without opening clinical records, and every view of a record is logged.
That drove the design. The consultation screen is mostly tap-to-fill options rather than typing, a follow-up takes under a minute, and the last prescription can be repeated in one click. We train your team on site and stay available afterwards.
The system needs a connection, so plan a mobile hotspot as backup — the same as any cloud software. We would rather tell you this during the demo than after.
A single-doctor clinic is usually running within one to two weeks, including setup and training. Multi-department hospitals take longer, depending on which modules you switch on.
Tell us how your clinic runs and we will walk you through the exact screens your team would use. No slides, no obligation.
